GENERAL INFORMATION
BF "Right to Defense" (hereinafter - the Fund) is a sector leader in the protection of people who have suffered from war, veterans, refugees and stateless persons. We seek recovery and integration for those we help. Our team protects people's rights and influences laws and decisions in Ukraine and the world to become fairer. We are actively developing a network of partners for localized support of those who need it. The fund is 13 years old. Today, the team of BF "Right to Defense" has about 1,200 specialists. Geography: 22 regions of Ukraine, as well as a representative office in Poland. More than 3,300,000 people have received aid since the start of the full-scale invasion. Our work was recognized at the national level: in 2024, the Foundation won first place in the "Charity Ukraine" competition in the "All-Ukrainian Charity" category, entered the top 10 of the Forbes Ukraine "50 Best Charitable Organizations" rating, and took 9th place in the integrity rating of Ukrainian charitable foundations.
Recruiter will be responsible for holding contests for vacant positions of the Foundation in full, maintaining the candidate database, preparing the registration of cooperation with successful candidates and accompanying candidates. The position also involves participation in the preparation of reporting documentation and the performance of other tasks on the instructions of the manager in compliance with the Foundation's Code of Conduct.
Main duties
Ensure the full cycle of the job description and its placement, selection of candidates for further interviews;" conduct labor market monitoring;
Maintain reporting and statistics in accordance with policies and procedures of the Foundation;
Organize and conduct inspection procedures and collection of recommendations for candidates;
Keep records of personal files of employees;
Participate in the adaptation of new employees;
Support HR brand and corporate culture of the Foundation;
Regularly report on work done;
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager to ensure an adequate level of service in accordance with the requirements of the Fund;
Understand and follow the Foundation's Code of Conduct.
Required skills/qualifications
Higher education (preferably - personnel management, communications, management);
Work experience in the field of personnel selection and personnel management - at least 1 year;
experience working with large teams of 500 or more;
Basic knowledge of HR and recruiting skills;
Knowledge of Ukrainian is mandatory, English will be an advantage;
High communication skills and the ability to easily find a common language with people;
systematicity and stress resistance;
creativity, initiative, high motivation and readiness for dynamic work;
confident computer skills (Office 365 suite, Google Docs, Zoom, task managers, etc.).
Performing duties with gender sensitivity and zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse;
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines;
Ability to work closely with team members;
Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
Self-motivation;
Initiative, creativity, flexibility.
