• has experience in recruiting or HR from 2 years;
• has good presentation skills;

Responsibilities will include:

• search and selection of candidates;
• posting of job advertisements, holding primary interviews;
• work with job sites, social networks and other sources of personnel search;
• cooperation with educational institutions and organization of events for students and graduates;
• representation of the company at personnel attraction events;
• participation in the adaptation of new employees;
• participation in projects aimed at personnel development.
