Main duties:

• Mass recruitment of personnel (salespeople, cashiers, sales hall employees, etc.)
• Posting vacancies on job platforms and others resources
• Active search for candidates (calls, messengers)
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews
• Assisting candidates at all stages of selection until the moment of starting work
• Interacting with store managers regarding personnel needs
• Maintaining a database of candidates and reporting

Requirements for candidate:

• Experience in recruitment from 1 year (preferably mass recruitment)
• Confident communication skills
• Ability to work in multitasking mode
• Result orientation
• Confident PC user
