What you will do:

• Perform the full cycle of recruitment: from analyzing vacancies and posting ads to conducting interviews and adapting new employees.
• Work in close cooperation with the heads of various departments to understand their needs and promptly respond to them.
• Maintain a positive image of the corporation as an employer by representing the company at profiles events.
• Keep documentation and reporting on recruitment processes.

Who we are looking for:

• A person with a higher education and 2 years of experience as a recruiter.
• A confident user of search tools candidates, including online platforms and social networks.
• Communicative, responsible and result-oriented person who knows how to establish trusting relationships with candidates and colleagues.
• Someone who is ready to develop with us, learn new things and implement effective approaches in recruitment.
