Hello! We are the Strength for the Strong Charitable Foundation and our main goal is to support the families of prisoners of war and released heroes. If you want to join a cause that really matters and help those who need it most, we invite you to become part of our team for the position of Recruiter in Chernihiv.

What you will do:

• Look for and attract new volunteers and employees who share our mission and values.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates and help them find their place in our projects.
• Cooperate with the team to organize effective recruitment for the needs of the foundation.
• Maintain warm and trusting relationships with candidates, create an atmosphere of openness and mutual respect.
• Keep records of candidates and maintain a recruiting database.

What we expect from you:

• Experience as a recruiter or in related fields.
• Openness, empathy and desire to work with people who have experienced difficult life circumstances.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
• Responsibility, organization and desire to develop in the charitable sector.
• Work experience will be an advantage with veterans or understanding their needs.
• Willingness to work part-time in Chernihiv.
