We invite to the Recruitment Hub team a recruiter who is interested in complex searches, technical roles and tasks that require systematicity and perseverance. Our team consists of 5 recruiters and a team leader. We have been working in recruiting for more than 7 years for various businesses of DTEK Group in Ukraine and EU countries.
The main focus of the role is technical selection (approximately 70% of the time). Sometimes there are also non-technical vacancies: HR, marketing, sales and other business roles. If complex vacancies are an interesting task for you, and not a reason to give up the search, we will be glad to meet you.
Main responsibilities:
2+ years of experience in recruiting.
Experience of working in a system company or recruiting agency.
Experience in finding technical specialists and managers, in particular:
DevOps, SRE, SOC, Information Security Specialist / Manager, Network Engineer, PM, BA, QA, DBA, Data Analyst, Architect, CTO, SAP Specialist, ABAP Developer, System Administrator, etc.
Experience of the full cycle of recruiting from application withdrawal to candidate exit.
Confident use of modern search tools: LinkedIn, X-Ray, Boolean search, job boards, candidate databases
Experience of conducting interviews and candidate evaluations
Experience working with hiring managers
Experience with ATS or HR systems
Ability to work with several vacancies at the same time
English at Intermediate level or higher (sometimes we conduct interviews with foreign candidates)
Requirements for the candidate:
Remove vacancies and work with hiring managers.
Form a strategy and search map.
Actively search for candidates (LinkedIn, X-Ray, Boolean, job boards, referrals, candidate database).
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
Prepare brief conclusions based on interview results for managers.
Organize the next stages of selection.
Help managers make decisions about candidates.
Prepare analytics on vacancies.
Work with ATS.
Organize preboarding and exit of candidates
