Tasks:

- Carrying out the full cycle of the recruitment process, including the attraction, selection and hiring of new drivers.  Finding and attracting potential candidates through various channels such as recruitment sites, social networks, professional networks, etc. - Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates to ensure the best candidates are selected - Ensuring effective communication with candidates and company management regarding the recruitment process Requirements:

- Recruiting experience will be a big plus - Knowledge and understanding of the recruitment and hiring process - Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with candidates - High level organization and attention to detail - Good command of Ukrainian and English We offer:
