MAIN TASKS AND FUNCTIONS:

• Organization and implementation of the full cycle of recruiting.
• Development and publication of vacancies, work with various search channels (professional platforms, social networks, internal recommendations).
• Search and selection of technical specialists and labor positions (engineers, designers, installers, electricians, builders, etc.). 
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates, preparing recommendations for managers.
• Supporting the process of hiring new employees.
• Managing reports and a candidate database.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Higher education.
• Experience of 3 years in a similar position.
• Experience of 2 years of recruitment. technical staff and labor specialties - will be an advantage.
• Skills in conducting various interview formats and competency assessments.
• Proficiency in modern HR tools and search methods.
• Confident user of MS Office, online resources.
• Attention to details and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
