? Experience in recruiting from 2 years;
? Experience closing an average of 2 vacancies per month;
? Confident work with Google Docs and Google Sheets + competent Ukrainian language.
Areas of responsibility:
? Full cycle of recruitment:sourcing, initial interviews, coordination of final interviews;
? Closing 2-3 vacancies per month and controlling deadlines;
? Conducting pre-boarding, etcand onboarding of new employees;
? Maintaining the candidate database, analytics and regular reporting;
? Participation in the systematization and optimization of HR processes.
