Responsibilities:

• Management of the full recruitment cycle: from job creation to adaptation of new employees
• Cooperation with department heads to determine staffing needs
• Development and implementation of personnel search strategies, including active sourcing
• Conducting interviews, coordinating the selection process and providing recommendations for candidates
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience at all stages of recruiting
• HR marketing: social networks, external advertising, cooperation with the media
• Analysis of the effectiveness of recruiting campaigns and optimization of processes
• Employer brand support through Facebook, Instagram, radio, printed materials, etc.

Requirements:

• Proficient in PC (MS Office, Internet)
• Experience as a recruiter or in the HR field (preferably in a manufacturing company or agency)
• In-depth understanding of processes and tools of recruiting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Organization, attention to details, ability to work under pressure
• Proactivity and ability to solve non-standard tasks
