A young and ambitious company "Vesna", a leader in the field of agriculture, invites a recruiter who is ready to work with production staff and help develop HR processes at the base. We are looking for a proactive specialist who knows how to quickly close vacancies and build effective interaction with managers.
Main duties:
Full cycle of selection of production and labor specialists.
Active search: job boards, social networks, database candidates.
Telephone screening, organization and on-site interviews.
Formation of personnel needs together with shift managers.
Adaptation of new employees, support during the trial period.
Support of basic HR processes: onboarding, exit accounting, reporting.
Preparation of weekly reports and HR metrics.
Candidate requirements:
Experience as a recruiter or HR specialist from 1 year (preferably in production).
Ability to work with a large flow of candidates.
Skills in conducting interviews and quality screening.
Understanding the principles of selection of production personnel.
Proactiveness, sociability, results orientation.
Confident PC user.
