Our HR team is looking for a PRecruiter who sincerely loves people, knows how to listen, find and "fall in love" with candidates for the company.

Your main tasks:

• Search and selection of line personnel and office specialists.
• Conducting interviews and supporting candidates at all stages of selection.
• Communication with restaurant managers and hiring office managers.
• Maintaining a candidate database and preparing performance reports.

What is important for us:

• Experience in personnel selection from 1 year (Horeca will be a plus).

• Independence, responsibility and internal drive.

• Ability to find an approach to different people.

• Readiness for teamwork and openness to feedback communication.
