We are the largest advertising holding in Ukraine in the field of outdoor advertising. We work with billboards, transport, large screens and modern 3D videos.

Now we are scaling the direction and are looking for a Recruiter who likes to close vacancies with quality and excitement.

What will you be? do:

• lead the full selection cycle (from application to offer)

• actively search for candidates (LinkedIn, Djinni, recommendations, direct search)

• work with managers as a partner

• accompany candidates at all stages

• analyze the effectiveness of search channels

• improve processes recruiting

You are suitable for us if:

• you have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting

• you know how to work with different types of vacancies

• you are not afraid of difficult positions

• you think proactively and offer solutions

• you know how to build trust
