Recruiter in INB

I am Oleksandra from the INB team. For almost six years now, we've been creating wellness products that help people feel better every day. We are growing rapidly, opening new markets and teams - and that is why we are looking for a recruiter who will help us find strong people and build a team of the future.

What to do:

• Close vacancies in different teams (from junior to C-level).
• Develop profiles of ideal candidates and build an effective funnel search.
• Work with agencies, freelancers and direct candidates.
• Select, conduct interviews and manage the hiring process from A to Z.
• Systematize the process so that recruiting becomes a driver of business growth.
   

What we expect:

• Experience working with marketing teams, digital and affiliate/media buying. (Will be a plus, but not necessary)
• C-level search and recruitment skills.
• Proactive and systematic approach to work.
• Willingness to implement improvements in recruiting processes.
• English from a confident A2.
