• willingness to learn and develop quickly (recruiting experience is a plus, but not required)
• desire to develop in the field of HR and recruiting

In your area of responsibility in this position:

• searching and attracting talents to work in the company
• placing job advertisements
• processing incoming applications from candidates
• maintaining a candidate database
