What we expect from the candidate:

• Experience in recruitment mandatory (searching candidates in various channels, analysis of resumes);
• Experience in mass recruitment;
• Good communication skills;
• Willingness to work with large volumes;
• Work skills with PC;
• Responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work for results.

What needs to be done:

• Search for candidates for open vacancies;
• Selection résumé;
• Conducting an initial assessment over the phone (mass selection);
• Managing the candidate from interview to employment;
• Providing timely feedback to candidates;
• Managing the candidate database;
• Regular reporting;
