Our client, a well-known and reliable construction and installation company that performs a full cycle of work in the field of gas supply, boiler installations, individual heating points, heat networks and water supply — is looking for a Recruiter,Kyiv.

JOB DUTIES:

• Mass search and selection of candidates for construction projects;
• Formation of job descriptions and placement on social networks and Telegram channels;
• Interaction with hiring managers, coordination of candidate profiles;
• Organization and coordination of interviews;
• Formation and management of personnel reserve.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATE:

• Higher or secondary special education;
• Experience of working as a recruiter of 2 years, with the practice of searching and selecting specialists specifically in the construction industry;
• Skills to work in multitasking mode;
• Ability to quickly close vacancies of various levels;
• Ability communicate effectively with technical specialists and project managers.
