Job description      

PJSC "Concern Khlibprom" is one of the largest enterprises of the Ukrainian bread market, which makes up to 160 tons of bread and confectionery products every day. The structure of the Company includes 5 industrial enterprises located in Lviv and Vinnytsia. Responsibilities:

• Search and quality selection of personnel according to certain corporate standards
• Working with job sites, social networks, educational institutions, participation in job fairs
• Posting information on bulletin boards, cooperation with public employment centers
• Conducting telephone surveys interviews, initial interviews, organization of interviews with job applicants
• Mass selection
• Maintenance of candidate database

Requirements:

• Experience in mass. selection will be an advantage
• Initiative
• Results oriented
• Activity, attentiveness
