Recruiter in EY (Ernst & Young)

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team, who will be responsible for the selection of junior and experienced specialists in the field of tax and legal consulting. 

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and ambitious person to join the recruiting and employer brand development team of EY in our Kyiv office. You will have the opportunity to work in an international company and communicate with colleagues from local and foreign EY offices, as well as gain access to their accumulated knowledge and practices.

Responsibilities

• Assurance full cycle of recruitment from communication with the hiring manager to issuing an offer
• Definition and development of successful recruitment strategies to attract various specialists
• Coordination and optimization of the selection process through communication with the hiring manager
• Search for candidates through various channels (cooperation with universities, job boards, social networks, direct search, referral program)
• Visit job fairs and active recruitment of candidates
• Participation in various projects to develop the employer brand

Requirements

• Higher education in the field of psychology, management, philology or another related field
• Good command of spoken and written Ukrainian and English
• Experience work in recruitment in the field of legal, tax or other professional services will be an advantage
• Proactivity and independence in work
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Strategic and non-standard thinking
• Experienced user MS Office
