We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team, who will be responsible for the selection of junior and experienced specialists in the field of tax and legal consulting.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated and ambitious person to join the recruiting and employer brand development team of EY in our Kyiv office. Responsibilities
- Assurance full cycle of recruitment from communication with the hiring manager to issuing an offer
- Definition and development of successful recruitment strategies to attract various specialists
- Coordination and optimization of the selection process through communication with the hiring manager
- Search for candidates through various channels (cooperation with universities, job boards, social networks, direct search, referral program)
- Visit job fairs and active recruitment of candidates
- Participation in various projects to develop the employer brand
Requirements
- Higher education in the field of psychology, management, philology or another related field
- Good command of spoken and written Ukrainian and English
- Experience work in recruitment in the field of legal, tax or other professional services will be an advantage
- Proactivity and independence in work
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strategic and non-standard thinking
- Experienced user MS Office
