Main duties:

• Conducting interviews with candidates

• Evaluation of professional and personal qualities

• Communication with candidates and employees

• Participation in the development of internal corporate culture

• Maintenance of personnel documentation and reporting

The ideal candidate:

• Interested in work in HR and development in this direction

• Has developed communication skills

• Responsible, organized and open to learning

• Recruiter or HR experience would be an advantage but not required
