Recruiter in Velaro OutLead

We are looking for a sociable recruiter who easily finds a common language with people and wants to develop. A person who will help build effective cooperation with partner recruiters, support them in their work and be an important link between the team and contractors.

If you like communication, structure in work and results, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Surveying contractors-recruiters
• Maintaining and updating information in the CRM system
• Searching and initial screening of potential recruiting partners through social networks (project on 3 months)
• Onboarding contractors after successful job closing
• Preparation of weekly reports

• Willingness to learn and develop in the recruiting field
• Good communication skills
• Organized, responsible, attention to detail
• Basic PC skills
• CRM or recruiting experience would be an advantage but not required
