We invite to our team a Recruiter who will help us find and attract talent that will become a key component of our clients' success.

What you will do:

• Search and selection of candidates for various positions.
• Cooperation with managers and managers in order to understand staffing needs as accurately as possible.
• Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, forming recommendations.
• Participating in the improvement of recruiting processes and implementation of new tools.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in recruiting, if there is no experience and there is a desire to learn.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships with candidates and colleagues.
• Willingness to work with various candidate search channels and use modern tools.
• Education does not matter - the main thing is your skills and motivation.
