What we expect from you:

• Experience in the field of HR or recruiting from 1-2 years.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
• High level of organization, analytical thinking and self-motivation.
• Responsibility and teamwork.

Main duties:

• The full cycle of recruiting: from the search for candidates to support at the stage of starting a job.
• Posting vacancies on platforms, social networks, messengers, active search for candidates.
• Conducting phone and video/personal interviews.
• Assessment of candidates' compliance with job requirements.
• Interaction with department heads to clarify the position profile.
• Maintenance of candidate database and recruiting reporting.
