- Experience in the field of HR or recruiting from 1-2 years.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively.

Main duties:
- The full cycle of recruiting: from the search for candidates to support at the stage of starting a job.
- Posting vacancies on platforms, social networks, messengers, active search for candidates.
- Conducting phone and video/personal interviews.
- Assessment of candidates' compliance with job requirements.
- Interaction with department heads to clarify the position profile.
- Maintenance of candidate database and recruiting reporting.
