Due to intensive growth, we are actively looking for a Recruiter who will be able to efficiently and quickly replenish our team.

• Experience in recruiting from 2 years;
• Confident knowledge of standard candidate search and evaluation tools;
• Ability to work effectively with 5-10 vacancies at the same time.
• Ability to work well remotely and organize your own time.
• Responsibility, proactivity and focus on results.

Responsibilities:

• Formation of the profile of the ideal candidate for each role (categorical managers, sales managers, service engineers, etc.);
• Full cycle of recruiting (from application to offer).
• fulfillment of administrative duties: maintaining documentation regarding the hiring and adaptation process;
• Management of candidate database, formation of personnel reserve;
• Maintenance of vacancy reporting.
