Recruiting Team is expanding and is looking for a specialist in the field of search / selection of high-class specialists. We expect to see in the team a specialist who knows the situation on the labor market, knows modern selection methods and will be able to build the right communications with managers who hire specialists.

Principles of work Recruiting team:

Requirements for the position:

• from 1 year of experience in searching and selecting candidates;
• activity in social media;
• experience in Head hunting and Executive search;
• closing Middle / Top Management vacancies;
• experience working with mass-name;
• speed and quality of hiring the best specialists to the company;
• English language from the Intermediate level.

Tasks:

• search for candidates using external recruiting platforms;
• closing vacancies in accordance with requirements and deadlines;
• monitoring the labor market;
• ability to analyze and increase work efficiency.

Conditions:

• official employment;
• work from the office;
• working day: Mon-Fri, from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.;
• salary consists of the rate and bonuses for closed vacancies (we focus on wishes and qualifications).
