DUTIES:

• Full cycle of recruitment: from posting vacancies to adaptation of new employees.
• Conducting interviews, evaluating soft/hard skills of candidates.
• Monitoring the labor market and salaries.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an HR manager, Recruiter.
• Ability to manage several processes at the same time.
• Excellent communication skills, proactivity.
• Knowledge of HR tools, evaluation systems and development.
