Requirements for the candidate:- Sociability, active life position, purposefulness, responsibility;

• Flexibility, initiative, focus on the result;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information in multitasking mode;
• Work with reporting and documentation;
• A confident PC user (Google, WORD, Excel);
• Mobility (the position does not involve permanent travel (accommodation and travel are paid by the Company).

Main duties:

1) Search and recruitment: closing the need for personnel in the region;

2) Using both standard and alternative sources of personnel search;

3) Conducting telephone interviews and interviews, analyzing resumes and evaluating potential candidates;

Organization and adaptation training of new employees;

Formation of personnel reserve;

Providing quality and timely feedback to management.
