Responsibilities:

• Full recruitment cycle: search, screening, conducting interviews.

• Working with positions in the field of digital marketing

• Development and publication of vacancies on specialized resources.

• Using LinkedIn, Telegram, profile chats and conferences to search for candidates.

• Building long-term relationships with candidates and creating a talent pool.

• Cooperation with the manager to understand the needs of personnel.

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year (preferably in digital/IT/marketing).

• Understanding the specifics of digital marketing will be a big plus.

• Ability to assess soft and hard skills of candidates.

• Communication and management skills negotiations.

• Self-organization and focus on results.

• English - Intermediate+ (for communication with candidates and partners).
