The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our growing team! 

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying top talent, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensuring that ThreeStones Alliance attracts and retains the best professionals in the industry.

Qualifications and experience:

  1. 2+ years' experience in recruitment, preferably in construction or logistics.
  2. Experience in recruiting for technical roles (e.g., installers, foremen) and office roles (e.g., estimators, project managers), recruitment experience in Canada is a plus but not required.
  3. Fluent English (clear comprehension and error-free communication) is required.
  4. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and CRM systems, knowledge of ClickUp is a plus.
  5. Responsibility, independence, and a desire to learn and grow.
  6. Proactive and results-oriented.
  7. Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs.

 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, developing sourcing strategies to attract top talent for each open position in the company.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive search plans by analyzing requirements to determine the needs of the target profile and assess the suitability of candidates.
  3. Support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  5. Implement new technologies and approaches in recruitment.
  6. Utilize various research methods and search techniques to build a talent pool.
  7. Gather insights from the candidate market and maintain up-to-date knowledge about current trends in the market.
  8. Closing priority positions such as COO, CMO, and Senior Estimator.
  9. Active closure of vacancies in the construction sector (there are plans to form field teams of 15-20 specialist.
  10. Recruitment funnel management in ClickUp;

What do we offer?

  1. Compensation: fixed ($800-$1000 depending on experience) + KPIs.
  2. Remote work: full-time, Monday – Friday (8 am to 5 pm according to Calgary, Canada time).

Compensation and Benefits:  

  • Sick Leave: 2 sick days per year. 
  • Vacation Pay: 6 percent vacation pay. 
  • Holiday Pay: Provided for all statutory holidays.
