Job Description:

HireUa is a dynamic and rapidly growing American recruiting agency dedicated to connecting talented professionals, from Ukraine and other countries, with exciting remote career opportunities in the USA, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, and other locations.

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Recruiter to join our team. We work with positions such as IT roles, Administrative staff, Video Editing, Graphic & UX/UI Design, Sales and Customer Support, Marketing Specialists, Project or Product Management, etc. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and conducting interviews with candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and deliver the highest quality as well as speed during the working process.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a recruiting department, HOR, Ops and CSM managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.

Source potential candidates through online platforms.

Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, conduct initial screenings of candidates.

Negotiate job offers as well as maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.


Requirements:

Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level

Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a successful track record of filling IT and Marketing positions.

Knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and our team.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
