Your mission is to find and throw the best candidates with Hayring managers. You will work with internal customers, help them to form requests and find ideal specialists

you will be able to influence the whole recruiting process: from finding and evaluating candidates to improving approaches to hiring. If you want to be not just a recruiter, but a real partner in the selection of talents-you exactly to us

basic responsibilities:

Communication with the Internal Customer to determine vacancies

• Final Interview Organization

• Placement of vacancies on different platforms on the search and management of candidate attracting channels

• Candidate Candidate and High Communication Base at each stage

• Conducting Labor Market Analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of proposals

• Beginner Onboarding

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year

• Ability to Work with Modern Recruitment tools and professional platforms

• Understanding the full cycle of staff selection

• The ability to work at a rapid pace and at the same time to conduct several tasks

• High communication skills and ability to establish a trusting relationship

• English level not lower than intermediate will be an advantage
