Communication with the Internal Customer to determine vacancies span> Final Interview Organization Placement of vacancies on different platforms on the search and management of candidate attracting channels span> Candidate Candidate and High Communication Base at each stage Conducting Labor Market Analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of proposals Beginner Onboarding
Candidate requirements:
Experience in a similar position from 1 year span>
Ability to Work with Modern Recruitment tools and professional platforms
Understanding the full cycle of staff selection span>
The ability to work at a rapid pace and at the same time to conduct several tasks span>
High communication skills and ability to establish a trusting relationship
English level not lower than intermediate will be an advantage
