Document Management. and maintain an environment that promotes the basic value of human dignity and prevents the harassment, abuse and operation of their employees, partners and beneficiaries. Font-Weight: 400 "> 1. Personnel Selection and Selection

· Processing of a personnel search request

· Reviews-primary selection of candidates with the corresponding resume, administering the interview process (Ukrainian and English), providing feedback to candidates (written proposal or refusal) · Creating Reserve Lists of Suitable Candidates

· Collection of documents from the approved candidate for receiving a new employee

2. Personnel Adaptation

· Employee meeting on the first day of work

· Presentation of colleagues to the new employee (excursion by office), control of access to mail, pass and necessary equipment for work, providing instructions required for understanding of internal procedures (Welcome Book). FONT-Weight: 400 "> · Preparation and participation in the adaptation of new employees (familiarization with the job tasks and criteria and terms of evaluation, and conditions of continuation of cooperation)

· Control of timely signature (and sending of documents) of documents in the preparation (contracts, statements, confirmation of familiarization with job descriptions, politicians and procedures), also when transferred, when dismissed. FONT-Weight: 400 "> · Control of Onboarding Training (Safety, Security and Integration)

· Control of the trial period and feedback

· Participation in the evaluation of successful/failure passage of adaptation periODE (control of the graph of the passage)

3. Participation in the systematization of recruiting processes (automation, communication), creation of appropriate instructions, questionnaires for filling (Welcome Book, Adaptation and Development Plan)

4. Analysis:

· Analysis Style = "font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"> · Analysis of the vacancy market (payment, promotional design)

5. Reporting:

· Coordination of Task Plan and Reporting

6. Participation and Administration of Organization of Measures for Workers

7. Executing the instructions of the manager and the solution of administrative issues. FONT-Weight: 400 "> · Full Higher Education.

· Excellent knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine.

Required skills:

· Efficiency and clarity.

· Literacy.

· Ability to analyze and predict the development of a particular employee.

· Leadership and Management (Initiative, Ability to Manage Processes in Organization, and Participate).

· Critical Thinking (the ability to interpret information by which business solutions are made and recommendations are made).

· Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively exchange information with all interested parties, be able to influence and persuade.

· The ability to integrate basic values, integrity and responsibility into all organizational and business practices.
