official Duties:

• Searching for and attracting candidates;
• Active work with Job sites, social networks;
• phone, telephone online and personal interviews with candidates;
• Monitoring the Labor Market and Creating Personnel Reserve;
• Selection internal reporting staff;
• Supporting the process of adaptation of new employees;
• Participation in the projects of the personnel management department. >
  • Higher Education;
  • Experience in a similar position from 1st year;
  • Successful experience closure of vacancies of different levels;
  • Skills of structured interviews;
  • High communication skills, negotiation ability;
  • PC knowledge at a confident user level; l>
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information.
