responsibilities:
Personnel recruitment and adaptation:
• Searching and selection of staff for open vacancies (posting, active search, interviewing).
/• assessment of professional and personal qualities of candidates, organization of test tasks (if necessary).
• Carrying out new employees, familiarizing them with corporate standards.
Personnel record keeping:
• Reception, translation , dismissal of employees in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine.
• maintaining personal affairs of employees and personnel documents (orders, employment contracts, certificates, working time record).
• Control of employment books and entry. > • holidays.
Corporate Culture and HR Administration:
• Personnel Analytics (staff turnover, average duration of work, recruitment efficiency).
• Organization of internal measures to increase employees' involvement. Br/> • Participation in the development of human resources policies.

Candidate requirements:

-2 years, we are also considering candidates without work experience.
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, norms of personnel accounting and labor legislation.
• Experience of personnel records and work in 1C/HRM systems (will be an advantage). Br/> • interview skills, knowledge of modern staff search methods.
• Responsibility, care for details, high level of communication.
