The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents. We need Recruiter,which will strengthen the company with the most talented talents.

Your tasks:

    < li>manage the full recruitment cycle;
  • develop and implement search strategies candidates (from junior to top management roles);
  • cooperate with hiring managers regarding the opening of a vacancy, help in determining the ideal portrait of the candidate;
  • conduct interviews using modern approaches to assessment candidates who meet the requirements of the vacancy;
  • support candidates at all stages of the recruiting process;
  • expand the network and create talent pools of candidates, headhunting.

From you we expect:

  • Experience from 2 years of experience in Full-Cycle recruitment: from search to hiring;

  • With Market and Industry Trends;
  • English level Intermediate+;
