We are looking for a talented and ambitious recruiter.

Office work. Office Koneva 8, near the Hippodrome metro station.

The salary level is decent.

• Conducting interviews; 
• Selection of candidates at all stages; 
• Employee exit control;
• Formation of search structure and strategy; 
• Interaction with directors of referrals (managers); 
• Interaction with search sources;  
• Conducting meetings;  
• Selection of candidates;  
• Conducting interviews in stages. 
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 1.5 years;
• Ability to quickly find the right candidates using all available resources;
• Skills in working with platforms for finding personnel (T-mm, FB, boards, advertising, contests, LinkedIn, Work.ua, Rabota.ua, etc.); 
• Knowledge of tools for analytics and working with data (Excel, HRM); 
• Creativity, proactivity, result orientation
