Recruiter in the personnel department.

A responsible and ambitious specialist is needed for a permanent position in the personnel department team!  We specialize in outsourcing and leasing of line personnel for remote work format.

Work is not remote! 


What do we offer?

- Salary: rate 23,000 UAH + bonus and bonuses. Payments twice a month.

- Work schedule: 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00, without overtime (lunch included), also willing to consider a candidate for part-time employment.< /p>

Who is our ideal candidate?

-  With a high level of communication and competent pronunciation, telephone communication skills, stress-resistant and punctual .

- Willing to consider candidates from with minimal or related work experience, all necessary processes are mastered during the internship! 

- A good user of PC and Microsoft Office programs, for the perspective of career growth.

What will you do?< br/>
- Carry out the first stages of selection, phone interview of a potential candidate for various remote vacancies according to the requirements.

- Consultations about available open freelance work and conditions. If you know what freelance work is, it will be a big plus.

- Coordination and registration for an online interview, and referral to the HR manager.

- Participation in the support and development of corporate culture.

- Reporting on the work performed.
