We invite a recruiter,  any < /strong>loves recruiting, is ready to maintain contact with universities andensure the implementation of the brand recognition strategy employer.

Our the company will need your skills because you will:

• Carry out personnel selection (job sites, Ln, Tg, Fb, cold search and other creative approaches in finding candidates).
• Create a profile candidate, job description and vacancies.
• Form a reserve database of candidates in CRM.
• Participate in the onboarding process of new employees.
• Cooperate with universities and organize workshops together with product managers to attract talented young people.
• 
  

Our expectations:

• Knowledge of modern personnel search platforms and creativity.
• Education: psychologist, sociologist, HR (preferred) .
• Work experience in HR from 2 years.
• Creative approach and the ability to be "out of the box", to approach the search for candidates in a non-standard way.
