Requirements:

1. Experience in a similar position of 6-12 months;
2. Successful experience in closing vacancies in the financial sector (operators, etc.) ;
3. Experience with various search tools;
4. Knowledge and ability to apply in practice different methods of evaluating candidates at the interview stage;
5. Having your own database will be an advantage;
6. Business orientation;
7. Ability to set priorities;
8. Flexibility thinking and initiative, ability to accept independently solutions;
9. Ambition and proactivity.

Responsibilities:

1. Closing vacancies;

2. Creating a position profile and search strategy;
3. Working with search tools and constantly expanding the list of channels;
4. Publishing vacancies on available resources;
5. Conducting an initial interview and also an interview with the manager;
6. Preparation and presentation of proposals for cooperation for selected candidates;
7. Collection of recommendations for selected candidates;
8. Reporting and candidate database.
