Main responsibilities:

• Conducting briefings with customers to clarify job requirements.
• Search, sourcing and selection of candidates through effective channels.
• Organization and conduct of interviews, coordination of schedules with customers and candidates.
• Preparation of offers and support of candidates at all stages of selection.
• Organization of adaptation of new employees: preparation of the workplace, access and familiarization with the team.
• Participation in the development and improvement of personnel selection processes.
• Organization of corporate events and support of internal processes (for example, work with FOP or corporate English).
   

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience recruiter will be an advantage.
• Ability to work with various sources of candidate search (LinkedIn, Djinni, other platforms).
• Developed communication skills and the ability to conduct interviews.
• Attention to detail, multitasking and analytical abilities.
• The ability to work with HRM systems and planning tools will be an advantage.
