We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team, who will be engaged in the search and selection of candidates for our projects.

What you will do:

- Carrying out the process of recruiting and selecting new employees (searching, conducting interviews primary, evaluation of the candidate's professional qualities and so on)

- Work with the involvement of candidates

Participation in the development and implementation of staff motivation and development programs 

Required experience:

- Experience in a similar position will be an advantage, but not mandatory

- High communication skills and ability to work in a team
