Duties and responsibilities:

• Search for personnel for open vacancies: formation of the text of the vacancy, organization and conducting of interviews.
• Conducting measures aimed at adaptation of personnel.
• Formation, management of personnel reserve.
• Monitoring and timely response to situations with staff, monitoring the labor market.
• Performance of the manager's tasks within the scope of his responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Experience in the search for personnel from 1 year.
• Owning the necessary skills, methods and tools for searching for qualified personnel.
• A confident user of MS Office.
< li>High level of organizational and communication skills.
