Duties:

• Planning and carrying out the recruitment process taking into account the needs of the company.
• Search for candidates for vacancies, conducting interviews, selecting the best candidates.
• Organization of integration of new employees, support for their further development.
• Maintenance of candidate database and statistical information on hiring.
• Interaction with department heads to determine needs in personnel.

Requirements:

• Experience in HR from 2 years.
• Ability to work with people, good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Desire to develop and improve your skills in HR.
