Company Perfect Windows opens a competition for the position ofRECRUITER

Main duties:

• Search and recruitment of personnel for company vacancies.
• Posting job advertisements on various platforms (job search sites, social networks, etc.).
• First selection of resumes and telephone interviews with candidates.
• Coordination of interviews between candidates and heads of departments.
• Maintenance of the candidate database and maintenance communication with them.
• Evaluation of candidate competencies in accordance with requirements vacancies.
• Collaboration with department heads to determine staffing needs.

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work and find the information you need
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people.
• Confident use of PC and office equipment programs
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
