We are looking for an experienced and proactive recruiter to strengthen our team. You will be responsible for finding and attracting talent, implementing new approaches to recruitment, and developing HR processes that will contribute to success in both markets.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in the field of recruiting.

• Has excellent communication skills and is able to build effective relationships with candidates and internal clients.
• Able to quickly adapt to changes, take initiative and make independent decisions.
• Has experience in implementing new recruiting tools and methods.
• Result-oriented and has experience working with IT profiles will be an advantage.

Your duties:

• Search and selection of candidates in accordance with the company's requirements, using modern search tools and channels.
• Conducting interviews and assessing the suitability of candidates for the vacancy.
• Development and implementation of new recruitment approaches to increase the efficiency of the recruitment process.
• Collaboration with department heads to clarify the requirements and needs of new employees.
• Participation in the improvement of HR processes and procedures.
