- Has at least 1 year of experience in the field of recruiting. li>
- Has excellent communication skills and is able to build effective relationships with candidates and internal clients.
- Able to quickly adapt to changes, take initiative and make independent decisions.
- Has experience in implementing new recruiting tools and methods.
- Result-oriented and has experience working with IT profiles will be an advantage.
Your duties:
- Search and selection of candidates in accordance with the company's requirements, using modern search tools and channels.
- Conducting interviews and assessing the suitability of candidates for the vacancy.
- Development and implementation of new recruitment approaches to increase the efficiency of the recruitment process.
