- Knowledge of various recruitment tools: boolean search, x-ray, etc.;

- Experience in closing administrative, creative and IT vacancies;

- Good communication skills, focus, multitasking;

- Ability to approach closing vacancies globally;

- Conduct market analysis, be able to find the specialist we need, constantly conduct market analysis and improve the process.< /p>

What will you do:

- Represent the company at meetings, evaluate positions and withdraw applications;

- Search for candidates for open positions vacancies;

- Maintain an internal database of candidates;

- Conduct initial assessment of resumes and phone interviews with candidates;

- Plan and schedule interviews;

- Conduct business correspondence with candidates;

- Conduct market analytics;

- Conduct reporting on the personnel selection process
