We are constantly looking for and finding opportunities to improve, develop and improve joint achievements. That is why we are looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

< strong style="font-weight: 700">You are our ideal candidate if:

• Do you have work experience in of recruiting from 2 years (preferably in the field of digital, media)
• You have successful cases of attracting personnel
• You know how to use various search channels: profile sites, social networks, LinkedIn, recommendations, direct search
• You have high communication skills, interaction skills
• You are proactive and result-oriented
• You work with MS Office: Power Point, Word, Excel, Hurma (preferred)

In front of you the following will stand forattribution:

• Maintenance of the company's current vacancies: receiving applications for search, entering into the Hurma program, creating an advertisement
• Posting on various platforms and social networks
• Working with recruitment channels
• Conducting interview and assessment of candidates for compliance with job requirements
• Communication with candidates during the selection process
• Communication with managers regarding of the selection process, organization and support of repeated interviews
• Creation of Job-offer, coordination of the admission process: ordering of resources, preparation of exit announcements-presentations employees
• Supportnew employees during the trial period
• Formation of the candidate base, reporting
• Hurma corporate portal administration

• Performing regular monitoring of the labor market and analysis of competitors regarding talent attraction strategies
• Participation in development and implementation of the company's HR processes
