What will you do?

1. Search and analyze resumes on specialized platforms and in databases.
2. Make cold calls to candidates, assess their interest and compliance with the job requirements.
3. Carry out the initial selection of candidates based on resumes and telephone interviews.
4. Organize interviews with the personnel manager and managers.
5. Keep reporting on the recruitment process.
6. Keep social networks of the HR department (vacancies, news, information about the company).
7. Organize employee greetings in work chats.
8. Execute other tasks of the personnel manager.
