Requirements for the candidate:

• Successful experience in closing vacancies at various levels ;
• Owning modern tools for attracting and selecting candidates;
• Love for one's work, desire to develop in the profession;
• High level of personal responsibility, self-organization, stress resistance;
• Ability to plan working hours and set priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Labor market monitoring, work with resume database, operational work with reviews.
• Creation of vacancies and their effective placement on search platforms. Prompt closing of hot vacancies.
• Recruitment of personnel: labor, technical, administrative, top management.
• Conducting an initial interview by phone and arranging meetings with the manager.
• li>Organization of individual and group interviews.
• Organization and monitoring of the implementation of the adaptation program; participation in the adaptation of new employees.
• Implementation of corporate culture projects of the company.
• Compilation of reports, creation of statistics and candidate database.

Work schedule: Mon -Fri from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Fri is a reduced working day, Sat, Sun is a weekend; holiday twice a year.
