KIP WORK LLC is looking for a worker for the position of Recruiter.
1. The purpose of work: Ensuring quality selection candidates for work in Germany in the field of care for the elderly.
Responsibilities:
2.1. Search and selection of candidates:
Search for potential candidates through classifieds, social networks, databases and recommendations.
Placement advertising, coordination of advertising campaigns with the SMM manager
Conducting the initial analysis of candidates' resumes.
Organizing and conducting interviews with candidates .2.2. Evaluation and selection:
Primary Assessment of professional skills, knowledge of the German language (in the candidate's words), work experience and personal qualities of the candidates.
Coordinating candidates with an appointment for an interview - and transferring them to Testing
2.3. Support of candidates:
Information about working conditions, accommodation and work requirements.
Help in collecting the necessary documents ( resume, certificates, photos, documents, etc.).
Consultations on preparation for interviews
2.4. Documentary work:
Maintenance of the candidate database (updating the status, entering new candidates).
Processing reports work (weekly, monthly).
2.5. Other tasks:
Cooperation with other departments to agree on employment details.
Control of the implementation of agreements with candidates at the preparation stage before departure.
3. Qualification requirements
3.1. Education: Preferably Higher or secondary special (mainly in the field of HR, psychology or social work).
3.2. Work experience: Preferably from 1 of the year in the field of personnel selection or recruiting.
3.3. Skills and knowledge:
Knowledge of personnel search methods.
Experience of conducting interviews.Basic understanding of employment legislation in Poland and Germany.
Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian languages, knowledge of German at a basic level will be an advantage.< /span>
Ability to work with computer programs (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, databases).
4. Working conditions
4.1. Mode of operation: Five-day working week, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the possibility of involvement in after-hours if necessary.
4.2. Working place: Company office or remote work (by agreement).
4.3. Salary: According to the labor contract and motivation system (fixed rate)
